This is a navigational tool that reports the numerical position information as known to your device. This is similar to an old-fashioned GPS.
time+position reports the numbers for position, speed, and altitude, if available and as known to your device. If location is turned off or unavailable, the app only reports the current time. Units may be set to metric (this is the default), nautical, miles, or kilometers.
time+position also offers an option to mark a location (only one!) and shows the distance from the mark and the average speed and direction since the location was marked.
time+position automatically starts with a red screen if screen brightness is 30% or less. This helps preserve night vision if the app is started at night. Red vs. white can also be selected at any time. Also, lowering the precision may save battery.
Before time+position can be used, users must agree to a disclaimer.
